We currently support Office 2021 and 2019, Office365, and Office for Mac. Also, Office mobile apps are supported (when viewing, visuals are rendered as static images).
Zebra BI for Office also works in Office 2016, but you will not be able to insert the add-in using a pivot table as your data source. If you’re using this version and still have issues accessing Zebra BI for Office, please contact support.
In any case, we recommend that you update your Office to the latest available version to fully benefit from the product’s powerful functionalities.
- Centralized Deployment is only supported for online mailboxes. It does not support deployment to on-premises Exchange mailboxes.
- As such, Centralized Deployment (and Integrated Apps) requires an Exchange Online Mailbox, which is why your users who are On-Premises can’t see the add-ins.
