At Zebra BI we offer different pricing options depending on your requirements. In this article, we will cover most questions that deal with the topics of orders, billing, and price.
No, we don't offer single-user licenses for Zebra BI for Power BI. The minimum license package is for up to 5 users in total. Please note that all people that view or interact with reports need to have licensed visuals (this means both designers and viewers).
The smallest team license contains a license key for up to 5 users. This is because there is, in almost every case, at least one person creating Power BI reports and at least another one viewing them. Furthermore, reports are usually shared with an even larger audience in your company which is why our minimum required number is 5.
4. How much do Zebra Bi visuals cost?
The price for our custom Power BI visuals starts at 4,8 EUR per user per month, which is billed annually for 288 EUR as a recurring subscription. This price includes our technical support, as well as all future product updates and upgrades - we typically update the visuals on a monthly basis (check our Changelog for the latest updates). 5. How does shifting from trial to paid license work?
Going from a trial license to a paid license work seamlessly and is very simple. You only need to enter the new license key and save/republish the reports you have created so far and everything will work.
6. We are expanding our team and we want more people in our company to use Zebra BI. Do you support future user adding or scaling, and how does it work?
Yes, we do. Later user adding and scaling work in such a way that we adjust the total number of users in the license itself and correctly evaluate the length/duration of the new users within the initial 12-months period and charge you just for the period when they were added.
Consequentially, you let us know before the renewal is due, whether you would like to extend it for another 12-months for the new (added) number of users, or if there were any changes (additional scaling, downgrading, etc.).
7. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, Paypal & wire transfers. Please note that our prices are VAT exclusive. VAT will be billed to EU customers if a valid VAT number is not provided.
8. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you feel the product does not meet your expectations or does not perform to your satisfaction. If you decide to do that, you should do so by contacting our customer support team at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
