How Pricing Works
Zebra BI pricing is based on a per-user model aggregated across your team (designers + viewers). Licenses are sold in team blocks (e.g., 10 or 50 users) or customizable enterprise plans.
Minimum License Count
Single-user licenses are not offered because Zebra BI assumes at least one designer and one viewer per real-world scenario. The base plan starts at a minimum number of users to ensure coverage.
Purchase
Upon purchasing, you will set up an email address to manage your subscription, which you can access through the Zebra BI Chargebee portal. There, you can change Billing and Shipping addresses, Payment Methods, and Account Information.
Adding or Scaling Users
You can scale your license mid-subscription. New users are prorated to reflect the remainder of your current annual period, and billing adjusts accordingly.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer (excluding VAT where applicable).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at [email protected] at least 30 days before the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain valid until the end of the subscription period, but will not auto-renew.
